Ladushki

Ladushki (Olady) is a traditional Russian breakfast food similar to pancake that generally consists of eggs, sugar, yogurt, milk, flour, and water. The ingredients are mixed and then lightly fried in oil like small pancakes. They are little and very thick. Ladushki is sometimes eaten with sour cream, condensed milk, golden syrup or jam.
