Description

Source URL: http://www.firstworldwar.com/bio/roy.htm. This photo was most likely created by a member of the Royal Flying Corps, or a member of the British Armed Forces during the en:First World War. However, regardless of the author, this image was definitely created before 1923 since the subject of the photo expired in 1918. Also by logical reasoning, the copyright of this image has therefore expired. This image's copyright has also expired in India since it has been created more than 50 years ago. The subject of the photo, when the photo was taken, was an Indian subject of the British crown, and as such an Indian citizen as described by Indian Law. Guidance to the copyright of this image, if adjudged by Indian copyright law, has expired.
