The La Liga Filipina was a league of civic Filipinos. It was created by Dr. Jose P. Rizal on July 03, 1892 in the house of the Chinese-Filipino mestizo, Doroteo Ongjunco, on Ylaya Street, Tondo, Manila.

There they assigned the officers of the Liga, Rizal also discussed its constitution and its provisions.
