Nothing has really come of the TC-2 plan so I have removed the entry accordingly. It was to a forum rather than a news article, after all. However there have been more concrete reports from Jane's about this.

As for it being the "least capable" of the variants we would need a citation for that - it smacks of OR to me. John Smith's (talk) 23:21, 31 January 2008 (UTC)
