La Madeleine is a commune in the département of Nord and the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region of France.

It is located in the metropolitan Urban Community of Lille Métropole, and is a suburb of the city of Lille, bordering it on its north side. In the 1999 census, La Madeleine had a population of 22,399. The commune has a land area of 2.84 km² (1.097 sq mi).
