Talk:Lángos
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Could someone who knows more verify that langos is traditionally a potatoe based bread. A hungarian friend of mine disagrees with this.
Some make it with potatoes, some make it without. The easiest way is to mix flour, salt, sour cream and yeast, and that's it, ready to be fried. Street vendors usually make it with potatoes. There is a word for both variations: krumplilángos (potato-lángos) and kenyérlángos (bread-lángos). —Preceding unsigned comment added by Borzas (talk • contribs) 19:17, August 26, 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Recipe idea
Lángos with a pizza sauce and cheese topping makes not only an interesting example of international cuisine, but also tastes delicious. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.98.166.160 (talk) 12:19, 22 September 2007 (UTC)
