[edit] Fair use for Bratton Fleming railway station

The image linked here is claimed to be used under fair use as:

  1. it is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality)
  2. the photo is only being used for informational purposes.
  3. Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it shows the subject of this article and how the event depicted was very historically significant to the general public.
  4. This image is a scan from a contemporary, hand-coloured photographic postcard, one of a series published in the early days of the independent L&B Railway (1898-1923). It shows the railway as it was when built, a scene that is still very recognisable, although somewhat different, today.
