KYRE-FM 97.7 (known as "Hot Hits Y98") was an FM radio station based in Yreka, California that played Hot Adult Contemporary music from the 1970s to 1995. It was founded by Dalmatian Enterprises, Inc. following the success of its sister station KSYC-AM 1490, which had played country music from its inception until 1995.
The station was shut down when KSYC (AM) moved its format to the FM Band and its frequency to 103.9.
