Do what you like, butt the text already in the article may not need it because other than the first short sentence, it's about the origin of the term, not description. A voluptuously large yet firm buttocks seems to nail it. (Although now that there's a decent picture for the article on cleavage, I realize that the article much better.)

The problem is, just about any picture of a celebrity is covered by copyright. So many anal retentive folks in wikipedia delight in permanently deleting anything that may conceivably be covered by copyright. The other problem would be a bad amateur snapshot of a big booty.
