Kyouichi Tachikawa

立川京一（Kyouichi Tachikawa, 1966-Is a Japanese historian specializing in international politics military history, specifically French Indochina. He was born in the Tokyo area. He is a graduate of the Jouchi University foreign language department. As of 1999, he lectures part time at Joichi University and at Karitasu college. Currently he is working as a researcher for the Japanese Ministry of Defense where he researchers military history.
