Kyle Helton (b. 20 May 1986 in Birmingham, Alabama,AL, United States)[1] is an American football (soccer) player who last played in MLS for the New England Revolution.

A second-team All-ACC selection as a senior defender. Helped back the Blue Devils' defense that posted an 0.82 goals against average in 2006. Helton recorded four assists as a senior, pushing his career total to 14. He also scored two goals in 63 career appearances for Duke. Helped the Blue Devils reach a national ranking of number one late in the 2006 season. A member of the Duke team that won the 2005 ACC Tournament. During his college years, he also played for Augusta FireBall in the USL Premier Development League.
