"kyaka ni mpaka ule karibu na mtukura uganda na tanzania ilokua sababu ya vita kwa kuhusu mambo ya kuharibisha ya biashara ya tanzania na kuja edi amini"

What is that? It looks like another language, or at least, gibberish. If it is another language, shouldn't it be moved to the appropriate language section of Wikipedia?
