Hello, Kwhooks. Your article Gender Wage Gap in the United States does largely cover the same content as Male-female income disparity in the United States (and seems to refer to the same thing) – also, you've edited both. Would you consider merging your article into the one that already exists (or vice versa)? Both articles contain useful content, but it would probably be best to keep everything on one page, as an encyclopedic summary of a topic. See also Help:Merging and moving pages.
