Kutlay Erk

Kutlay Erk was the mayor of the Turkish Cypriot part of the capital of Cyprus, Nicosia/Turkish: Lefkoşa (North Nicosia is the capital city of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus)), from 2002 until June 2006. Erk is a member of the Republican Turkish Party and serves as the party's foreign affairs secretary.
