Kuno Klötzer (born 19 April 1922) is a former German football coach who won the 1977 UEFA Cup Winners' Cup with Hamburger SV.

The clubs he managed included Arminia Hannover, Hannover 96, Fortuna Dusseldorf, 1. FC Nuremberg, Kickers Offenbach, Hamburger SV, Hertha BSC, MSV Duisburg and Werder Bremen. His Hambuger side won the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup with a 2–0 victor over R.S.C. Anderlecht on 11 May 1977 at Olympisch Stadion, Amsterdam.
