Hi all,

I'm not very familiar with this, but I was wondering if somebody could see if there's anything we could do about the repeated vandalism by the user with the IP address 24.216.64.238, which kept occurring over and over on 5/31/07.

I don't believe that this sounds like an advertisement, as this was similar to the wording prior to the article being split in two, into "Toru Kumon" and "Kumon Method." As can be seen in the history of the "Toru Kumon" entry, this point was raised in January 2006, and was corrected.

It is not advertisement enough to be deleted. It does need work though. I trimmed the External links - that was the worst part. This is the English Wikipedia, we don't need links to every language/location of their website, just mainly English ones. Mr.Z-mantalk¢ 01:46, 7 July 2007 (UTC)

Someone should watch this page (especially the "Thinking Face" Logo section) and revert it when it's been re-written as an advertisement. I changed the Thinking Face Logo Section, as it seems the worst offender in this article, but I still think I couldn't write it perfectly. I think it still somewhat sounds like an advertisement, but I couldn't think of any other way to write it without leaving out information.

The "Thinking Face" Logo section seemed the worst offender as far as advertising goes, I changed it, but I couldn't think of any way to remove anything advert-ish it without losing some information. The last sentence bothers me, so if someone could change that without losing too much info that would be great. I also added a "Criticisms" section that may not agree with NPOV rules, but I think it's OK. As someone enrolled in Kumon, I can say that what I wrote is not biased or opinion, rather I have written it using my and others' experiences as reference.

Based on your experience or not, it's not sourced and it's definitely not NPOV. Also, it's pretty poorly written. I'm going to delete it for now, though a criticisms sections would be fine if it were sourced. Lateralus1587 (talk) 05:01, 24 April 2008 (UTC)
