Kummari Master

Dara Appala Narayana popularly known as Kummari Master is an exponent in the Telugu art form Burra katha, a variant of Yaksha Ganam. He is in teaching profession before starting this work. The triad conists of himself, Rongali Satyanarayana Murthy and Kumari Janaki. They have given many performances throughout the Andhra Pradesh from 1950 to 1992.

He was awarded Kala Prapoorna by Andhra University.
