Kuliarchar is located at 24.1542° N 90.9000° E . It has 26143 units of house hold and total area 104.01 km².

As of 1991 Bangladesh census^[1], Kuliarchar has a population of 133327. Males constitute are 50.61% of the population, and females 49.39%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 67006. Kuliarchar has an average literacy rate of 21.6% (7+ years), and the national average of 32.4% literate. ^[2]
