I have seen this jug many times, does anyone know what the inscription below Kappa Sigma says?

From memory, it says something like brothers drink in moderation, let us spend time as friends and not enemies.

Does anyone know where this jug is located? I recall someone telling me this photo was taken by a Brother who discovered it in the basement of a museum in Greece. I don't know where though.
