Established in Appleton, Wisconsin in 2007, KRM Management guides the careers of established and up-and-coming recording artists.

In 2007, Kevin Morris founded KRM Management with the purpose of finding the best unsigned bands and musicians in the Mid-West and to increase their exposure through extensive promoting as well as grass root rep work.
In the summer of 2007, KRM started working with the singer-songwriter Steve Millar, who had previously been the frontman for the acclaimed Milwaukee band The Rest.
