Kremenchutskyi Raion (Ukrainian: Кременчуцький район; translit.: Kremenchutskyi raion) is a raion (district) in the central Ukrainian province of Poltava. The raion's administrative center is the city of Kremenchuk.

Important rivers within the Kremenchutskyi Raion include the Psel and Dnipro rivers. The raion was officially founded in 1939.
