Kovrovsky District

Kovrovsky District (Russian: Ковро́вский райо́н) is one of the districts (raions) of Vladimir Oblast, Russia. Its administrative center is the city of Kovrov. District's population: 31,148 (2002 Census); 30,044 (1989 Census).
