Please let me know if Darin Fidika (talk · contribs) continues to pass fictional material as fact, as I had previously warned him on this issue. I've warned him again, and I believe that another block may be necessary if he continues this pattern. Meanwhile, since I do not have sufficient knowledge of Japanese history to be able to tell, please do look those articles over and tag them with {{cleanup-fiction}} as necessary if you have the time to do it. Thanks for your comment. I will make an effort for survey his fictional parts in articles. And, he/she revealed in his note the sources were Samurai-Archives. I took a look through Samurai-Archives. This website is partly very well but partly fictional, because of, on the one hand using the good English historical survey, on the other hand using Japanese "fanzine" for Japanese History, for example "Rekishi-Gunzo" and "Rekishi-Tokuhon". And more, I seem Darin Fidika's articles and Samurai-Archives' articles[1] are very similar, not same in verbatim ac literatim. I don't know rules of English Wikipedia very-well, but I seem it is naerly copyvio. Please let me know those articles seem to be copyvio or not. --Kotoito 11:22, 29 May 2006 (UTC)

Interesting - Rekishi Gunzo isn't "fiction", and is generally accepted as historically accurate, although the articles are written more for the general reader rather than the historian. They are about on the level of a Stephen Turnbull book or an "Osprey" military series book - the sort of thing that is generally reliable but should be backed up with another source. --Kuuzo 22:59, 12 November 2006 (UTC)

If it's not verbatim, it's in my opinion not copyright violation. You cannot copyright an idea, and if you're not actually copying, it's not copyright violation, as a result. Still, this user's inability to distinguish fact and fiction is troubling. Please do let me know if his pattern of conduct continues. --Nlu (talk) 17:10, 29 May 2006 (UTC)

Thanks I unterstood. I will point out one example, where is the historical soruce that Shima Sakon "also weilded his famous two-handed falchion" ? when I have sufficient time.
