I propose to merge the current text into Czechoslovak Society of Arts and Sciences (SVU), the publisher. The journal provides useful service in its field but IMHO there's not enough independent material to have reasonable WP article. Most of the information on SVU website is about financial difficulties due to low subscription numbers and lack of editors: in 1997, 1998, 1999, 2001, 2006.
