South Korean's have never really expressed much interest in Rugby Union being more obsessed with soccer and baseball but the national side have excelled in the 2006 Asian games by beating Hong Kong 21-7 beating Thailand 42-0 and beating China 19-5 Four times gold medal winner in Asian games rugby Kim Hyung Ki has seen to a fifth victory in 2006 However in the IBM Rugby union world cup South Korea has had many embarrassing defeats
