Kopiko can refer to both a species of the coffee plant family or a confectionary brand.
The plant (Psychotria mariniana) is an endemic, to Hawaii, species of the Rubiaceae family. It has small white flowers and bears small, round, orange fruit.
Kopiko is also a brand of coffee confectionaries, produced by INBISCO. The product is manufactured in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand, where manufacturing facilities are located.
The product is manufactured using coffee beans, chocolate, caramel, cream and pop rice. More specifically, and based on the product packaging, the list of ingredients includes: sugar, glucose, vegetable oil, coffee extract, dairy cream, caramel color, lecithin, salt, natural and artificial color.
Kopiko confectionary is available in many countries, judging from the languages appearing on the product packaging (English, French, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, German, Spanish, Dutch, Arabic, Russian and Chinese).
Distributors are listed for Benelux, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Australia, Singapore and Taiwan.
