Hi. I prefer to give the extensive info on the "city" on the province page, not on the central district. I think this would be more precise because often the histories attached to the "central districts" or "province capitals" are the histories of the provinces and they overlap. An example of this structure I followed can be seen in Kastamonu Province and Kastamonu. I suggest to follow this also in other provinces as well.--leandros 22:17, 8 Aug 2004 (UTC)
