  • Ja: 組閣の大命を拝命後、私邸で記者団の質問に答える近衛文麿貴族院議長(当時)。各方面からの「近衛人気」を反映して、近衛への取材攻勢は並みのものではなかった(1937年2月6日)。
  • En: Fumnimaro Konoe (1889–1945), then the President of the House of Peers, meets the press at his private residence after having accepted an imperial order to form a new government, 2 June 1937. Konoe was one of the most popular prime ministers among the press and the general public in the pre-war Japan.
