Due to the lack of any other public domain images in wikipaedia of the ancestral home of KRN, and since this photo captures the humble origins of the subject, it is believed that this image is fair use. The specific image does not have free alternative, and hence there seems to be no other way to capture the event in an image. Further, the image is low-resolution.
