Kobi Nachtailer (Hebrew: קובי נכטיילר; born November 9, 1978) is a former Israeli professional football (soccer) player who holds the distinction of being the first Israeli to play an official match for a Romanian football club.

On August 9, 1994 Nachtailer made his debut for the Israel U16 against the Hungary U16 in a competition hosted by the Hungarian Football Federation.
