Jacobus ("Ko") Matheus Willems (born October 27, 1900 in Amsterdam – died September 28, 1983 in Amsterdam) was a track cyclist from the Netherlands, who represented his native country at the 1924 Summer Olympics in Paris, France. There he won the gold medal in the Men's 50 km Track Race.
