KMB Jazz is one half of Kordova Milk Bar Records. Founded in 2006 to focus on improvised jazz, or free jazz, the label aims to advance little-known projects through a solid promotion and advertising. The label came about via founder Eric Devin hearing the work of the New York City collective Eye Contact (Matt Lavelle, Matthew Heyner, Ryan Sawyer) Currently based in Eugene, Oregon, the label will be moving to New York City some time in 2008 to gain a better appreciation of the music.
