Klobasnek/Klobase!!!! Is an origin sausage from texas! The most common use is in Kolach's ( a pastery filled with a perticular type of bohimian sausage) which you can find in many parts of texas I.E. Ennis,West and telico. As a (Bavarian!!) myself I take the upmost in respect for any sausage that has a distant father in Weissworst and Bratwurst. Im just glad I can get something close to home that may not be exactley home where i live.
