Kjell Borgen

Kjell Borgen (born 1939, died 1996) was a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party and Minister of Transport and Communications 1986-1988, Minister of Local Government and Regional Development 1988-1989 and 1990-1992, as well as Minister of Nordic Cooperation 1990-1992.
