I just had to get a new account. How come I can't use Twinkle?

I have removed your tag for help. You need to be Autoconfirmed which is where the wiki software picks up on the fact that you have been registered 4 days from when the account was created and you need to have 10 edits. I would however be concerned about the fact that you are wanting to use twinkle at this early stage. Are you a previous editor? If you are then I can give you the code for you to write in your monobook.js and you can then start using twinkle but not until you are autoconfirmed. I would however like to say that I have twinkle and it is very powerful and you can be blocked from editing if you misuse the power because you have the power to rollback vandals and also warn the user and also request speedy deletion of a page. One other thing please sign your comments with four tilds like this ~ and then I can get to your talkpage easier. Yes thats the only thing that you can do. I see you only created the other account a few days ago. If you type in twinkle in the search box then click on the Javascript twinkle at the top of the page then follow the instructions. I noticed you added your name to the list of participants in WikiProject Orphanage. We really appreciate your help! The first things you could do to get started with us are:

1. Read the Wikipedia:WikiProject Orphanage page, especially the section marked "Criteria". The page contains a lot of good advice to get you started, as well as the standard procedures we are using to de-orphan articles.
2. Look at {{orphan}},{{do-attempt}}, and {{articleissues}} closely and make sure you know how to use them correctly. (It's not difficult, but it is easy to screw up. Trust me, I have.)
3. Keep de-orphaning! Category:Orphaned articles contains all orphaned articles organized by month. Right now we're just trying to keep up with all the new orphans being created, so please start with the current monthly category. Once those are cleared out, we can start working on the backlog in reverse-chronological order.

HI there! What do you mean by hidden section? If you are looking to create a subpage, you can do so by typing: User:Kivar2/SUBPAGETITLE, of course replacing the allcaps with whatever "hidden section" you're trying to create. If you are looking to "hide" something on your page, you can hide specific text that will only be viewed in the window after you hit "edit this page". You can hide text by putting <!-- (text between arrows) --> these dashes/arrows around whatever you don't want visible.
