it might be beneficial to to use "she" or "Bakke" instead of Kit. Lalalajane (talk) 03:41, 22 November 2007 (UTC)

Comment: Comment: Although they were sometimes referred to by others as "Weathermen" or "the Weathermen," I think the more usual self-reference within/to the collective was "Weatherman."--Historytrain (talk) 17:58, 23 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] a 1950's girl?

I am questioning the use of the phrase that Kit Bakke was a 1950's girl. Although I'm sure it was not your intention, it seems a bit condescending. Also, I wonder about the necessity of describing the bread-winning dad and the stay-at home mom. Is that really important in a Biography of someone?Ossu (talk) 21:47, 24 November 2007 (UTC)

Seriously, to a great majority of readers, that term would have no meaning whatsoever. Who's got an idea for a better way to put that? Murderbike (talk) 02:24, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
Maybe say something like her parents performed the traditional roles of working father and stay-at-home mother and ... some how this influenced the direction Bakke took in her life. Lalalajane (talk) 22:57, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
