Kitty Cats was a Canadian show with puppets in 1992-1999. It was on The TV station YTV.

Ricky: A tabby that is Tango's brother.
Charlie: A dog who goes to school with his unknown friend, Eugene.
Flap: A muti-colored bird that travels everywhere.
Willy: A mischif hedgehog that like to trick on his friends.
Rosey: A fox-like dog that is friends with The other characters.
