Kitaaiki (北相木村 Kitaaiki-mura?) is a village located in Minamisaku District, Nagano, Japan.
As of October 1, 2007, the village has an estimated population of 869 and a density of 15.4 persons per km². The total area is 56.26 km².

- 1565-Aiki village in Shinano Province is divided and Kitaaiki village is created.
- 1871-Shinano Province is renamed Nagano Prefecture.
- 1879-Minamisaku District is made.
