  • Support for reasons there. English maps of the day spelled it "Kirghiz". Snocrates 07:42, 14 December 2007 (UTC)
  • Support contemporary usage; no evidence that the present Kyrgyz is used retrospectively. Septentrionalis PMAnderson 18:24, 14 December 2007 (UTC)
