Kinnoull is a residential area of Perth, Scotland, approximately half a mile east of the centre of Perth.
The main access roads to Kinnoull from the centre of Perth are Strathmore Street (the A94) and Muirhall Road, both in Bridgend.
Kinnoull has its own bowling club and adjacent tennis club, on Muirhall Terrace.[1] There is also a small duck pond.
The area has given its name to the Kinnoull Hill, a few miles to the south.
