This image consists of screenshots of the game King's Quest I: Quest for the Crown, illustrating the graphical look of successive versions of the game. The image is used in an informative way in the respective article and used in purely to document the game as a whole. It does not interfere with the publisher's ability to turn profit.

Furthermore, neither version of the game is any longer available for sale from the publisher (it can only be found on abandonware sites), and this is not expected to change in the future.

Under this rationale this image could be primarily used in the article describing the game in question, and secondarily in any other article regarding the publisher or the historical context of the game in question.
