I hope the sentence about one of the first truly successful female child actresses of color wasn't too POV. I know there was Danielle Spencer before her but she stopped acting to become a veterinarian. Mike H 02:08, Jul 12, 2004 (UTC)

I would say that Fields is implicitly the most famous African American child actress whose exclusive claim to fame was acting. Pacian 02:54, 3 May 2006 (UTC)
