Kietlin is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Niemcza, within Dzierżoniów County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.
It lies approximately 4 km (2 mi) north of Niemcza, 21 km (13 mi) east of Dzierżoniów, and 45 km (28 mi) south of the regional capital Wrocław.
The village has a population of 250.
