Kierulf Raboy is the grand champion of the 2nd season of Pop Star Kids, a kiddie singing contest on QTV 11.
Born and raised in Sultan Kudarat in the island of Mindanao, Philippines, this gifted boy started singing when he was 3 years old and was a regular contestant in amateur singing contests in his barangay and nearby barrios. [1]
