Request reason: "I have logged into my account and I did not have any messages of any sort and went to edit a page and was told my ip adress was blocked due to another user on my pc or ip adress, if this is the case I think that ip adresses should not be blocked and only accounts should be blocked. I enjoy using wikipedia and edit articles about topics I enjoy and now I can't due to the block of my ip adress. I don't understand why a entire ip adress would be block while some are shared, it be earier and better to just block an account so it's out of use because now I cannot edit because so someone else's mistakes. I hope an administrator could get back to me soon and let me know if theres anything they could do for me to allow me to edit again and fix this problem. Thanks. -kickboxer25"
