Kicking Curtains is a rock n' roll outfit straight out of northern NJ. Coming together from a wide array of musical backgrounds, they have combined their sound to create a new vision of music stemming from vast influences to create cryptic lyrics, melodic guitar lines and steady straight ahead rythms. In the midst of writing their first album, they are collectively bringing forth a new music community the likes of which has not been seen since the underground British Blues scene of London in the late 60's. Punk in NYC during the 70's, LA Glam of the 80's and Seattles Grunge of the 90's. Something so desperately needed and wanted by the music fans of today is a community where they can feel apart of something. That something is Kicking Curtains.
