Khaleej Times

The Khaleej Times is a daily English language newspaper published in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is published by Galadari Printing and Publishing L.L.C. with the Gulf News being its main competitor. Their circulation is around 70,000 but the paper claims to have a readership of 450,000 on the assumption that each copy of the paper is read by multiple people.
