Khairthal is a city and a municipality in Alwar district in the Indian state of Rajasthan.

Retrieved on 2007-09-03., Khairthal had a population of 32,008. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Khairthal has an average literacy rate of 65%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 72%, and female literacy is 56%. In Khairthal, 16% of the population is under 6 years of age.

Khairthal has a very important grain market called "Mandi" with many grain shops. The old town has cemented roads. It is on the Delhi Alwar railway line and is almost at the northern end of Aravali ranges. Like Alwar it is also famous for "milk cake". It also is a source of Mustard oil and onions. Khairthal is a very developed town in Alwar District. It has one of the biggest Musturd Market in India. Population of this city is growing very fast. Recently PM Manmohan Singh has also visited this place for an election campaign which speaks of the political importance of this area.

This place is mix of Indian village life with urban taste and this is the reason that lot many people are attracted to this place and love to stay here than to go anywhere else nearby.

This place has just one tourist place cum temple Called Hanumanji ka Mandir. Every Tuesday and Saturday thousand of people come to worship this temple and visit beautiful rock mountains present.

Famous landmarks in this place are High Secondary School, Government Hospital, Railway Crossing, Hanumanji Ka mandir, Mazar of Peer Baba, Gurnani Hospital, Lakshminarayan ji ka Mandir, Sun CyberZone, Main post office, Alwar bus stand, Khairthal Gaon Bus Stand, Kishan Garh Bus stand.

Developing rate is overshadowing and hampering the pace of a good life. Infrastructure problems and lack of direction to people are two major problems. Youth of this small town need a direction to progress more. This place is awaiting for its youth to be regenerate and reinvent this place. Youth of this city need to awaken up and lighten up the spirit of selflessness and need to build the town in a good shape.
