Khader Abu Ghoshar was the group leader of 14 suspected terrorist arrested in Jordan in 1999. The suspects were accused of plotting a Millennium bombing campaign with Osama bin Laden. The funding came from Omar Abu Omar. Abu Ghoshar received training in Afghanistan on the manufacture and handling of bombs. He set up a group called Jaish Mohammed (the army of Mohammed), made of veterans of the Afghan war, which was responsible for several explosions in Jordan.
