It is legal to put this picture from the Games Workshop official website on another site as long as it is credited as being a Games Workshop product. This image of the "Khamul the Easterling" miniature is unchanged and in the original format it was in on the Games Workshop site. As Wikipedia is a non-commercial site, it is believed that it is fair use of this copyrighted image. [1]

It is currently in use to illustrate a miniature Games Workshop based on a character in Tolkien's book, influenced by the imagery style of the New Line film.
